Work schedules
This topic only applies to payroll administrators who work in Visma Lön 300 300/600.Visma Lön 600
When you're working with Visma Lön 300/600, settings for work schedules are done in Employee, but some information is retrieved from the payroll program. All work schedules in the payroll system are transferred to Employee during the first synchronisation. After that, you make any additional settings in Employee.
If you are working in Payroll, you enable all the work schedule settings there. In Employee you can only see which settings that are used.
It is important that all employees who work regularly have a correct work schedule, since the employment rate, hours worked per month, hours worked per year, and qualifying sick deduction etcetera are calculated based on the work schedule.Create work schedules for all types of working hours in the company and link them to each employee.
You’ll find all work schedules under Scheduling - Work schedules. The list can be filtered by type of work schedule and/or type of working hours.
In the Employees column, you’ll see who is linked to each schedule and how many. You can also link agreements to one or several employees from here. Read more in the topic Link employee to work schedule.
Inactive schedules are shown in italics if the Include inactive box is ticked. To activate a schedule, select it from the list and tick Active work schedule.
Remember that you always need to set up a full-time schedule, even if you are only going to work with part-time schedules. This is important because the full-time schedule is used to calculate employment rate, overtime for part-time employees, overtime, seasonal working hours, schedule during holidays, and more.
