Bookkeeping & Invoicing
Manage images
When you have uploaded your source document images and registered the information you want on your images, you can link them to your accounting transactions. By selecting Manage, different views open depending on if the image you want to link is a receipt or a purchase invoice. In the view that opens, you can fill in any missing information and finalise the registration using the source document image as a support. The image is then linked to the bank transaction which you save and post to the ledger, and is also available in your balance sheet, ledger and profit and loss report.

By uploading your purchase invoices as source document images in Bookkeeping & Invoicing, your work becomes more efficient.
The invoice details will be automatically imported in real time, allowing you to pay and post the invoice with just a few clicks. Read more about automatic accounting assistance in Automatic accounting assistance for purchase invoice.
All you need to do is verify and fill in any missing information and link the image to your invoice. If the invoice relates to a supplier you have previously used, Bookkeeping & Invoicing will remember what ledger accounts to select.
- Select Purchasing - Source document images.
- Select the image you want to link and ensure that the image type is Purchase invoice.

Once the image is linked, you can view the source document image by going to the purchase invoice under Purchasing - Purchase invoices, or find it under Purchasing - Source document images, Purchase invoices tab and select the checkbox View linked images.
Tip! If you want to automate your work even further in Bookkeeping & Invoicing, you can choose to receive your invoices electronically straight from your supplier.

By uploading your receipts as source document images in Bookkeeping & Invoicing, your work becomes more efficient. On the receipt you enter whether you have paid with cash from your cash account or with a payment card connected to one of the bank accounts you have registered. The source document image is interpreted during the loading process and retrieves information such as amounts and VAT. All you need to do is verify that the information is correct and post the transaction to the ledger.
