Invoicing settings
Under Settings - Agency settings and the tab Invoicing you can select settings for your agency regarding invoicing.
Here you can select what the minimum chargeable time should be.
If you set the Min.chargeable time to 15 minutes, each quarter hour or part thereof will be rounded up. This means that even if you only register 5 minutes for a customer, 15 minutes (0.25 hours) are automatically suggested for invoicing.
Here you enter the minimum amount for invoices. That means that invoices are only created for customers whose invoice is equal to or exceeds the specified minimum amount. Read more in the topic Enter a minimum amount for invoicing
Here you can enter an initial invoice text that is displayed as a suggestion for each invoice. This setting can be changed for each invoice at the customer level or when you work with the invoice basis. Read more in Change or delete the initial invoice text.

Per customer - Only the account manager or an employee with user rights Full permission can approve invoice basis for the customer.
Per task - Only the task manager or an employee with user rights Full permission can approve per task. If several tasks are invoiced for a customer, each task manager have to approve their assigned task.

Here you can activate a connection if you use Bookkeeping & Invoicing for invoicing your customers.
If you wish to export invoice bases manually to
Spiris Bookkeeping & Invoicing -This is only visible if Bookkeeping & Invoicing is registered for your agency. Here you can activate a connection with Bookkeeping & Invoicing if you wish to use it for invoicing your customers. Read more in the topic Transfer invoice bases to Bookkeeping & Invoicing
By marking Automatically update customer data, changes made in Practice management for a customer, such as Customer name, Address, Postal code, City, Company email, Phone number and Invoice email will be automatically synced with Bookkeeping & Invoicing from Practice management.
When you have an connection with Bookkeeping & Invoicing, you can decide what invoice date should be shown on the invoice bases that is transferred. You can either Select same date as the transfer date which is the default setting or you can enable Always set the date when transferring invoice bases. When you select the latter alternative, this will enable a calendar to be displayed every time you transfer invoice bases where you have to pick the date you wish to be shown.
Here you can select in which level of detail you wish use for your invoice basis. By selecting any of the three alternatives Task, Task and activity, Task activity and employee you can see how it will look like in the layout preview shown below.
You can also select if you wish to include subtotals by marking the check box.
