Where do I see the pay history for an employee?

Do the following to see which pay changes that have been made for an employee:

  1. Select Payroll - Employees
  2. Select the employee from the list.
  3. Select the Pay tab.
  4. Click the pencil icon next to the Full-time salary/Hourly wages field.

In the list that opens you will see the employee's pay history.

You can also view pay history and other changes made to the employment list by clicking the Actions - Show changes button at the bottom left. Read more in View changes in the employee list.
