When is the best time to switch from gross holiday to net holiday?
It’s easiest to switch in connection with the holiday year-end closing. Then the holiday days are shown as net days throughout the new holiday year.
You can also make the change at any time during the holiday year. For employees with intermittent working hours, earned, paid and saved holiday days are then recalculated automatically.
