Activate Tax & Annual accounts from Practice management (including Tax & Annual accounts - Period and Tax & Annual accounts - Year-end)
From Practice management you can activate the solution Tax & Annual accounts - Period for your Tax & Annual accounts - Year-end customers.
These are web based solutions for accounting offices, that helps you increase the efficiency and profitability by distributing and evening the workload. Automated checks and continuous reconciliation during the year will help you achieve higher quality in the financial reporting.

When activating the solution Tax & Annual accounts - Year-end, you will also be able to download and install Visma Skatt and Visma Bokslut. This means that you via Spiris Smart Office can create tax forms, end of financial year and annual reports for your customers with type of businesses that currently not yet is supported in Tax & Annual accounts - Year-end.

The locally installed programs can be started via Advisor Connect. Read more about how to install and use the program here (in Swedish).
To be able to activate, you first need to have a task connected to the customer in Practice management.
- Go to Customers .
- Select the customer you want to activate the solution for.
- Select the tab Collaborations.
- Click on the icon for Tax & Annual accounts - Period.
- Select Activate.
- Select a task for each feature in the Task list.
- On the page, select Activate.
- Go to Customers .
- Select the customer you want to activate the solution for.
- Select the tab Collaborations.
- Click on the icon for Tax & Annual accounts - Year-end.
- Select Activate.
- In the list Task, select a task for the module.
- On the page, select Activate.
