Reactivate KYC surveillance for a customer

This is an add on function to Practice management. In order to activate, you need to have the role Administrator in Spiris with user rights Full permission for Settings.

You can reactivate a KYC surveillance for a customer at any time. This is also done for the customer on the tab KYC in Practice management

  1. Go to the customer list and select the customer that you wish to reactivate the KYC surveillance for.

  1. Click the button Reactivate KYC for the customer.

  2. Perform a new KYC report, in order to have the information updated.
