Remove a customer from the KYC lista

This is an add on feature to Practice management. In order to activate, you need to have the role Administrator in Spiris with user rights Full permission for Settings. Read more in Activate KYC.

When you have a customer you don't want to be included in the KYC list, you can deactivate KYC for that customer.

This applies to customers for whom you have neither conducted a KYC nor intend to do so.
  1. Go to the Customer list and select the customer that you wish to deactivate the KYC for.

  2. Select the KYC tab.

  3. Click Deactivate KYC for the customer at the bottom left side.

When you have confirmed the deactivation, the customer will not be visible on the KYC list in KYC. You can at any time reactivate customer again.
