Cancel a general risk assessment or customer knowledge

This is an add on feature to Practice management. In order to activate, you need to have the role Administrator in Spiris with user rights Full permission for Settings. Read more in Activate KYC.

If you have initiated a general risk assessment or customer knowledge, that you for some reason do not wish to complete, you have the option to cancel them.

Please note that you can cancel all ongoing general risk assessments. It's not possible to cancel the first KYC that you initiated for a customer, only subsequent KYC reports can be cancelled after the first one has been finalized. Everyone who is authorized to initiate a general risk assessment and know your customer report is also able to cancel these.
  1. Select KYC in the menu.

  2. Click To KYC overview.
